Choose the size
Six sizes in European sizing, starting at EU 35 — matched to the patient's shoe size, because that's the sizing footwear manufacturers use. Selection takes seconds.

Fit and adjust
Round the heel to seat neatly in the shoe's heel counter, and taper the front edge to prevent pressure under the forefoot. Minor grinding — and occasionally gentle heat — is all most fits need.

Confirm in-shoe fit and patient comfort, then review at your usual interval. Clear fitting instructions are supplied with every pair.

Material and construction
A specially formulated blend of polypropylene and EVA: a stable heel section for excellent rearfoot control, with controlled flexibility through the arch to support natural foot function. The balance of rigidity and flexibility is the heart of the design.
How adjustable is it?
Very. Beyond routine fitting, the base can be configured as a gait plate, adapted with a first-ray extension, or shaped with a subtle rocker effect to assist forward progression — similar in principle to modern carbon-plated running shoes. For most patients, only minor modification is needed.
Trimming and in-shoe fit
